In this full day class you will learn the secrets to layering and covering a cake and working with ganache and fondant to create perfectly smooth sides and sharp edges.
You will learn how to make edible lace, perfect sugar roses, delicate blossoms and how to attach these to your cake.
Suitable for beginners/intermediate as some basic cake covering practice would be ideal. If unsure, please contact us.
Please note you will be working on freshly baked sponge cake, these will be baked for you before class.
