Learn how to make these gorgeous little spherical cakes, which are great to accompany a wedding cake, as part of a display or as individual gifts.
In this class you will work with sponge cake, buttercream and conserve, ganache, marzipan, fondant, royal icing and flower paste!
Learn tips and tricks to cover your spheres with a flawless finish, pipe beautiful royal icing decorations and add your own hand made embellishments.
All equipment and materials needed for this class will be provided for you to use on the day and you will take home your 3 completed cake spheres. A light lunch is provided as well as drinks throughout the day.
This is a more challenging class with lots of techniques and it would be useful to have had some previous experience of working with fondant, flower paste and royal icing. Please contact if you are unsure.
